AMD has just released a new generation of notebook processor product line at Computex 2016 - the 7th generation Bristol Ridge A series APU. APU is the "accelerated processing unit" for short, which integrates CPU and GPU on the same chip in one, and excavators (Excavator) CPU architecture companion, or Radeon Graphics. FX series targeted at high-end, while the A12 and A9, respectively, corresponding to the Intel Core i5 and i3 product line.
AMD claims that compared to the sixth generation, excavators (Excavator) architecture to enhance CPU performance 52%; compared with a section of an unnamed Intel Core i7 processor, its nuclear capability was also higher than 53% .
Energy efficiency, AMD gives some unusual data, referred to as "energy consumption is only a 3 historical AMD 1080p video playback system, 1/3", while performance has improved 38%.
HP Envy X360 product line will also be equipped with the latest flagship processor MD. Last year just launched Envy X360 modification of the present, which is equipped with Intel's Skylake processor, which has a 15.6-inch display that can flip into a laptop, the battery life up to 10 hours.
Other APU equipped with AMD seventh-generation systems, will also be listed starting today.
