Last November, GoPro announced a recall of its high-flying Karma aerial-powered UAVs due to battery failure, and some users reported that some of the devices were powered off during the flight. After nearly two months of silence, GoPro announced that it would complete its investigation of the malfunction and would begin reselling Karma at the beginning of February, with specific dates to be announced later.
In November, some Karma users reported a loss of power during operation. The Karma was recalled only 16 days after its launch, when about 2,500 units were recalled. Affected by this, GoPro announced in November last year, layoffs 15%.
