Apple released the second public beta of iOS 11.2 today, a week or more after the first beta, a major upgrade to the iOS 11 operating system. This upgrade speed and iOS 11.1 beta release time is similar, the version is released in the iOS 11 official release a little more than a week to release.

After the appropriate certificate is installed on the iOS device, the beta testers receive an iOS 11.2 beta update notification.

Those who wish to join the beta program can sign up on Apple's testing site to have the latest iOS, macOS and tvOS beta versions tested. But note that the beta version is not always stable, try not to install on the often used master device.

Earlier we reported on the first release of iOS 11.2, where an anomaly bug was first fixed in a calculator application that could cause some numbers and symbols to be misinterpreted as erroneous results when entered quickly. After the animation is removed from the calculator application, the calculation process can be completed quickly and accurately, eliminating the need to deliberately slow down the time for entering numerical symbols.

In addition to calculator bugs, iOS 11.2 introduces a brand new option to control Apple TV content in the Control Center, along with redesigned emoji emoticons, new dynamic photo effects and some general system fixes .

One of the highlights of this update is Apple Pay personal cash transfer. Apple has long planned to introduce Apple Pay cash transfer functionality in iOS 11.2 and watchOS 4.2, which will be open to test users from today.

Since early October, Apple employees have been testing Apple Pay's personal cash transfer capabilities. In previous versions of iOS 11.1, testers needed to install an Apple internal test certificate and whitelist their Apple ID to use the Apple Pay personal cash transfer feature.

The test was initially limited to Apple employees and was later extended to retail employees after the system started to stabilize. Apple Pay's personal cash transfer feature was not released in the official version of iOS 11.1, but apparently has been prepared for iOS 11.2.

Apple Pay cash transfer is done via SMS, which is designed to facilitate transfers between people, just like Square Cash or Venmo. With the iMessage app, users can find out who they want to trade, and then use their built-in capabilities to transact directly in iMessage. Although most Apple Pay transactions should be settled on the iPhone, users now have the option of using the Apple Watch to do the same thing.

When making a cash transfer, the user may choose to make the payment through an associated debit card or credit card, the received cash is stored in an Apple Pay Cash account, the later may be used directly for transfer, the Apple Pay online or offline In the bank. Debit card based transactions are free, and transfer payments made using credit cards require a 3% commission on an industry standard basis.

Apple Pay's wallet cash card was launched in partnership with Green Dot, a company that offers prepaid Discover card service. To get Apple Pay Cash up and running, both parties to the transfer need to enable and activate this feature. Money can only be sent on a one-to-one basis, and Apple Pay transfers are not currently available for group messaging.

Regular users of Apple Watch now upgrade their system to watchOS 4.2 to receive Apple Pay cash transfers to send cash directly from messaging apps on this wristband device.

If you now want to try Apple Pay's personal cash transfer feature, first ensure that both people who have tested have been upgraded to the iOS 11.2 public beta and then have a minimum amount of more than $ 10 in the Apple Pay wallet, which must be dual Certification, use iPhone 6 or later devices. And Apple Pay's personal cash transfer feature is now still limited to the United States.

Apple announced for the first time at the Worldwide Developers Conference in June this year that Apple Pay personal cash transfers were introduced as an important feature of iOS 11 but it was not implemented in any version of iOS 11 betas. At the end of the iOS 11.1 testing phase, Apple confirmed that it will be available for future iOS 11 upgrades.

In previous reports, some users of iOS 11.1 were also mentioned as being automatically replaced by input method characters. When trying to enter the lowercase letter "i", the device will automatically correct the replacement of the word with the letter "A" and the question mark symbol . It was said that this issue will be fixed in the next update of the system, but after the current iOS 11.2 update seems to have not seen anyone feedback that this problem is resolved.

Do not know after this system upgrade to everyone before the problem has not helped, or we found in the new version of what new improvements can be published in the comments below to share with you.
