Just later Wednesday, Intel officially confirmed at the official website, Raja joined Intel as senior vice president, chief architect and newly formed core and visual computing group manager.

Raja will lead the new division, expanding Intel's leadership position on the one hand, expanding into pioneer and broader devices, and leading Intel into developing high-performance discrete graphics.

For the former, Intel now accounts for about 70% of PC graphics (buy CPU for video cards) globally. These pioneering areas are AnoTech's analysis of IoT devices, which is to strengthen Atom.

As for the latter, it is not an easy task. Intel has twice been involved in soliloquy, once the i740 in the 90s of the last century, once Larrabee project around 2000, but all without exception, at least the consumer level is far from NVIDIA / AMD's rival.

Intel revealed that Xindatism will be a widely used computing area and may not only be the most loved game for everyone, but also Accelerator, Artificial Intelligence, VR / AR, Autopilot and more.

It is reported that, Koduri will be formally joined Intel in early December.

According to statistics, Koduri, 49, was a leader in display architecture before joining AMD (4 years ago). His offer of Mac products and Retina has made a huge contribution.
