Paul's YouTube channel has been closely scrutinized since Paul traveled to the island of Karol Bagh in early 20th-17th. YouTube responded a week later, removing Paul from the Google Preferred Advertising Program and shelving his YouTube Red project. Earlier this month, at the Code Media conference, YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki said she did not think Paul should be kicked out of the platform because he did not "do anything that would kill him."
