Apple today announced that the 29th annual Global Developer Conference (WWDC2018) will be held on Monday, June 4 (local time in the United States,Beijing time is one o'clock in the morning on June 5.The opening will continue until Friday, June 8. The conference will be held again at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California.
Developers can now click on the official website to register, Apple said that it will be open at 10:00 am Pacific time on Thursday, March 22nd. By convention, Apple will use the lottery system to pull out WWDC participants due to quota restrictions.
The ticket price for the WWDC2018 is $1,599. To qualify for the draw, the developer must join the Apple Developer Program or become a member of the Apple Developer Enterprise Program before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on March 13, 2018. Lottery developers will be notified by 5 pm Pacific time on March 23rd.
Apple will launch a new software system on WWDC2018. At the same time, there will be new hardware products and contacts with thousands of developers from all over the world. This year's WWDC, Apple is expected to launch iOS 12, macOS 10.14, tvOS 12, watchOS 5 and related homePod software. Last year was the first year that Apple held the Global Developer Conference at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California, instead of the traditional San Francisco Moscone Center.
