In June 11th, the cloud computing feature is that when the virtual machine is started, resources will automatically be allocated to the most reasonable place that cloud providers think, equivalent to sharing a server with other customers in the tenant environment, and many companies don't like it.

In order to meet the needs of these enterprises, Google announced the introduction of the Google computing engine exclusive tenant node test version (Beta Sole-tenant), which is designed for those who do not want to share, and can completely control the underlying physical machines.

Usually, VM runs on the physical host, which can be shared by many customers. With a tenant node, the enterprise is equivalent to having an exclusive host.

Google is as flexible as possible to help enterprises meet their desired configuration in CPU and memory, or to allocate to a dedicated physical machine by hand, in terms of the minimum billing standards per minute.

At present, the exclusive tenant node is still in the testing stage, but its competitors, Amazon and Microsoft have launched similar products.
