Microsoft Changes Windows Server 2008 SP2 Service Model

Microsoft announced on its official website on the 12thChange Support Mode for Windows Server 2008 SP2. Microsoft has implemented the "Monthly Quality Summary" service plan for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 since October 2016. A preview of the monthly quality rollup: Beginning in August 2018, it will be released on the third Tuesday of each month.

Sachin said that these changes will simplify the update of Windows Server 2008 SP2, while also improving scanning and installation time and providing flexibility, depending on how users manage Windows updates.
