Softbank acquired ARM for $32 billion in 2016, and Sun Justice, the company's CEO, said that the areas of investment they are currently interested in include artificial intelligence, driverless cars, the Internet of Things, robots and network vehicles. Softbank announced about $34 billion in transactions last year and is currently investing in the technology industry through its nearly $100 billion Vision Fund.
Treasure Data raised $25 million at the end of 2016 and was supported by Sierra Ventures and SBI, which was a subsidiary of Softbank.
