The current beta version of the Microsoft Authenticator app is 6.0.0 and requires TestFlight to be used. If the app successfully logs into Apple Watch in the future, the next steps to unlock it are as follows:

Make sure your phone and watch are connected

Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on the watch side

Under the Accounts section, click the Settings button. If there is no button set next to your account, you can skip this step. This allows users to receive login notifications on Apple Watch and then pass or block them based on actual needs.
