But there are exceptions, reporters found in Beijing Fangshan a university, China Telecom is still selling phone cards stalls. "It's selling well. The number is almost gone." The stall staff dressed in China Telecom clothes told reporters.

According to the introduction, the mobile phone card sold by the company is "Campus Big Stomach Card" with the number 189 at the beginning, including 20G of national traffic per month, 20 text messages, 180 minutes of national calls, free of charge. The cost is 200 yuan a year (now doing activities 100 yuan a year), 300 yuan two years.

In a number of campus visits, reporters did not find China Mobile and China Unicom's stall marketing behavior.

Non school students can also use campus cards.

Reporters noted that China Telecom's so-called campus card not only students can handle, although its propaganda page shows that "only in school students to deal with, to enter the network when the need to show a student card or admission notice." In fact, non school students can also handle it.

"What do you need to prove student identity?" The reporter asked.

"No, I'll take my ID card, whether it's a student or not." The staff who answered the stall answered.

Reporter observation found that in the process of someone handling, it is really not necessary to produce a student card or other certificate to prove the identity of students.
