A few days ago, in a post on its Help Forum, YouTube explained the users who were removed from the Partner Program, and those deleted users did not add value.videocontent. For YouTube, this means that automatically generated content, extracted from third-party sources or not uploaded by the uploader will be deleted by Youtube.
According to YouTube, the spirit of this policy is to ensure that value-added content enters the program and that the content is original and relevant. However, if a user uploads content from multiple sources or re-uses existing content, the user is still eligible to re-acquire the partner program as long as the user contributes in some way to the value of the content.
This means that YouTube is starting to do more quality control. Duplicate content doesn’t actually violate YouTube’swebsiteguide. There is some confusion on the web for whether the channel of duplicate content is completely removed from YouTube. Now, Youtube confirms that duplicate content only violates the YouTube Partner Program policies.
