WeChat's adjustment of the withdrawal rules or the transfer to the Minsheng Card customer charging rules is a one-way business operation of Tenpay, and has nothing to do with Minsheng Bank.

In addition, in this announcement, Minsheng Bank stressed that at present, individual customers withdraw or transfer funds to Minsheng Bank debit cards through WeChat, Minsheng Bank does not charge fees, and personal accounts are conducted through mobile banking APP and online banking. Interbank transfers are also free.

From August 1 this year, WeChat credit card will be charged a 0.1% fee per transaction. WeChat official said that the payment channel fee will be generated behind each repayment. In order to enable the majority of users to enjoy some free product experience, Tencent has been investing in the cost of the fee subsidy.
