Fusion Middleware was the most vulnerable product to be patched, with a total of 53 vulnerabilities repaired; MySQL had 45 vulnerabilities, followed by 35 vulnerabilities in E-Business Suite, 26 vulnerabilities in Communications Applications, 24 vulnerabilities in Retail Applications, 15 vulnerabilities in Virtualization and 14 vulnerabilities in Financial Services Applications. 12 vulnerabilities in PeopleSoft Products and 11 vulnerabilities in Enterprise Manager Products Suite.

Fourteen of the vulnerabilities in Fusion Middleware have a CVSS score of 9.8, which is a high-risk vulnerability.

Due to the large number of Oracle products and the fact that they are repaired only once a quarter, the number of repairs per time is as high as hundreds, and 284 security vulnerabilities were repaired in January this year.

Oracle officials said that the company regularly receives reports of hackers attempting to attack patched vulnerabilities, and that some successful attacks are due to the fact that customers have not deployed relevant updates, so it is strongly established that customers immediately carry out repairs and updates.
