If the customer believes that the reasonable appeals made through the service channels such as the 10086 hotline have not been properly handled or disputed with the processing results, the problem can be reflected by dialing 10080, and feedback will be received within 120 hours at the latest.
Initiative 6: Home wide and fast repair, time-out traffic
In the area with installed conditions, the customer applies for home broadband opening and maintenance services. If it is not completed within the agreed time of both parties, China Mobile will compensate the customer's mobile phone traffic, and send 1GB for each delay.
