After all the above-mentioned intention projects are completed and put into operation, the company will receive revenue from Alibaba by collecting data center service fees during the operation period. After the above intention projects are completed and put into operation, the total amount of data center service fee (excluding power service fee) is expected to be about 2.44 billion yuan within the operation period.
According to the letter of intent on demand, Alibaba intends to cooperate with Shanghai data port in the construction of hb41, hb33, gh13 and jn13 data centers in China. The above data center projects are all new demands based on the agreement in the letter of intent on demand in May 2018.
According to the announcement, the letter of intent on demand will not have a significant impact on the company's performance in 2019 because it involves projects that have not yet been completed and delivered for use.
