For a long time, creators face the problem of low efficiency because of the problem of hardware performance. In the actual creation process, the long waiting time has become a common thing for every creator. In the face of this situation, NVIDIA RTX studio PC has brought mature solutions. Through ray tracing and AI functions, it can accelerate creation, liberate from the long wait, improve work efficiency and realize better creativity.

Different from conventional computers, RTX studio PC is a professional platform for designers. It has the same powerful performance and more targeted optimization for many professional design and creation software, empowering more than 40 million creators around the world. NVIDIA studio RTX PC is also equipped with professional RTX studio certification. NVIDIA provides authoritative certification for computers that meet the minimum configuration requirements. It is convenient for designers to select computers, and it also creates ultra-high standard requirements for RTX studio platform.

Over 40 design applications support RTX on! Studio to accelerate creation

RTX Studio PC has now supported more than 40 design and creation apps, through

Next, the video editing software Premiere Pro CC 2019 (PR), which is commonly used by designers, is used for the actual operation. The comparison test is carried out in three aspects: playback, rendering and export of 4K / 25 frame video materials. The difference between RTX GPU acceleration and CPU acceleration in video editing software is analyzed.

In the actual playback test, it can be found that through RTX GPU acceleration, the actual frame rate of playback reaches 24.8 FPS. For the material with frame rate of 25 FPS, it almost runs full, only 31 FPS is lost when the total frame number is 8700 PFS; while the frame rate only reaches 7.9 FPS when the CPU is accelerated, and the frame loss is extremely serious, which can not meet the normal needs of designers.

In the actual rendering test of 4K video material, through the above data, it can be seen that the rendering frame rate of the video material accelerated by RTX GPU is 65.9 FPS, and the rendering time is only about 2 minutes, which is much higher than that accelerated by GPU, and the time is much shorter, almost 6 times less. Moreover, it is worth noting that rendering is to reduce the jam of post editing. If the playback speed is fast in the creation process, designers can completely avoid this step, just clip the material directly, and RTX studio platform can undoubtedly do this.

When exporting materials, we choose to export the final works with 4K and 2K image quality respectively. From the data, we can see that using RTX GPU to accelerate greatly shortens the time, even when exporting 4K video, it only takes less than 5 minutes. Compared with the past nearly half an hour, the time improvement is very exaggerated.

Taking Premiere Pro CC 2019 as an example, through the RTX studio platform, the creation is accelerated, the work efficiency of creators is improved, the creators are more focused on the creation itself and inspiration, and the productivity of creators is greatly improved.

Studio ecosystem is mature, giving power to creators

Since May 2019, NVIDIA has launched the RTX-centric Studio platform, as a professionally created creation platform for designers, in December 2019 when NVIDIA unveiled a number of RTX Studio notebooks at the GTC China conference in Suzhou, a display of six creative application software Demo, and the launch of the brand new NVIDIA Studio driver, to the launch of the CES 2020 on January 7 this year, NVIDIA exhibited four new RTX Studio PCs and accelerated creations through the RTX Studio platform for designers. There are now nine OME manufacturers in the country involved in the RTX Studio project, with a number of RTX Studio PCs and more than 44 RTX Studio laptops, all representing a further maturation of NVIDIA Studio's creator ecosystem.

NVIDIA is building a foundation for creators in the underlying hardware field, while also gradually increasing support for application software. At this CES2020, we show that by accelerating video effects and graphics processing in Premiere Pro, the speed is up to 400% faster than that of CPU through the new AI feature AutoReframe, which is accelerated by RTXGPU; using NVIDIA RTX graphics card to speed up the editing and coloring of Davinci Resolve Studio video, up to 14 times faster than CPU; and using RTX Aix AI in Blunder (e.g. Optix Denis denois denoising) to infer and display rendering results in advance, thus obtaining a demonstration of creative applications such as the real interactive light tracing experience, which shows that RTX PC designers are more creative in video editing,3D, animation, graphic design, and architecture, etc.

In addition, NVIDIA RTX studio PC is equipped with a more professional NVIDIA studio driver, which can provide excellent performance and reliability for artists, creators and 3D application developers when used with creative applications. These two programs work together to bring new features, such as 30 bit color support for geforce and Titan GPU.

From hardware support to software acceleration, RTX Studio PC provides a full range of dead-end support for creation, and brings enviable acceleration experience in the actual creation process. NVIDIA Studio's ecosphere is also gradually being perfected, which represents both NVIDIA's development of the global market for more than 40 million creators, and NVIDIA's further refinement of self-identity, from game to content producer identity, to provide a convenient and efficient creative platform for creators.
