Starting from 18.04.4, the kernel is based on Linux 5.3, which mainly supports the latest hardware and peripherals provided by IBM and Intel; openjdk 11 is adopted by default; at the same time, there are other significant changes, including bug repair of installer, problem repair of window manager and some snap related functions in Gnome initial setting tool.
