The project is not divided into packages, and the demand period is 12 months.
In addition, the project has made clear requirements for the qualification of the bidder: first, the bidder must be shortlisted for China Unicom 2018-2019 Telecom Card and the list of qualified suppliers of each card product.
Secondly, the bidder shall be a qualified supplier who is not included in the blacklist of suppliers of China Unicom Group or China Unicom Huasheng. When bidding and during the execution of the contract, the bidder shall be included in the blacklist of suppliers, and the tenderee has the right to terminate the contract.
Third, the bidder has a good business reputation and is not in the state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt, so it needs to provide a letter of commitment. Fourth, this bidding does not accept joint venture bidding.
It is understood that the latest large-scale purchase of 128K three in one card by China Unicom was in 2018. In 2018, a total of 240 million 128K three in one cards were purchased, with a total budget of 134.4 million yuan (excluding tax).
Finally, six enterprises won the bid, namely: first, Wuhan Tianyu Information Industry Co., Ltd.; second, Hengbao Co., Ltd.; third, Dongxin peace Technology Co., Ltd.; fourth, Jiede (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd.; fifth, Chu Tianlong Co., Ltd.; sixth, Xinghan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Suppliers of this procurement also require suppliers to be shortlisted in the list of qualified suppliers of China Unicom's Telecom cards and card products in 2018-2019, so the chances of several enterprises winning the bidding of 128K three in one card procurement in 2018 will also increase.
