1、 Lenovo Yoga 65W charger appearance

The design of the packing box is simple, and the appearance of the charger is printed in the center.

The packing box adopts the design of heaven and earth cover, and the parameter information of the product is printed on the bottom.

Open the box and place the charger in the groove for fixed protection.

The package includes charger, 100W CC fast charging data line and operation manual.

The data line shall be bundled with white magic ties, and the surface of the line body shall be smooth without burr.

The plastic shell of the data line head adopts the bright surface baking paint processing technology, and the junction of the line body and the line head adopts the bending resistance processing.

2、 Disassembly of Lenovo Yoga 65W charger

The input end shell is disassembled by force, and the main body shell is connected by ultrasonic welding process, and the pins are sealed and fixed by screws and white plastic plates.

Fold the internal view of the pin, and the pin contacts the PCB board through two metal shrapnels.

Take out the internal board, the PCB side is surrounded by a circle of metal fins, and glue is injected between the transformer and the metal fins to fix and help heat conduction.

A black plastic sheet is arranged between the bottom metal heat sink and the PCB board for insulation and isolation.

Remove all the metal heat sink, the transformer, solid-state capacitor, electrolytic capacitor and other components have been glued and reinforced, and there is a black insulating board between the electrolytic capacitor and the common mode inductance for isolation.

The other side of the board is welded with a transformer.

The transformer is wrapped with insulating tape and the information is printed on the top.
