On March 14, Apple announced that it would close all Apple store retail stores outside Greater China by March 27. According to foreign media business insider, Apple users who still haven't picked up the goods before the deadline need to wait until the apple store reopens.
Apple said customers still have two days to pick up the goods and repair them in the apple store as soon as possible. An apple spokesman told business insider that the company has contacted customers by phone and email and will not provide pick-up service until the store reopens.
On March 16, a field visit by culture of MAC, a foreign media, found that most Apple store stores across the United States are closed to consumers, but some stores are processing existing orders and scheduled maintenance services. Culture of Mac can confirm that there are 22 stores in the United States that can still provide reservation and maintenance services. These stores are located in Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, New York and Miami.
But for now, apple is closing all Apple stores outside Greater China, and stopping repair and pick-up services.
