It is reported that the app has a built-in companion named "Diya" to help children develop the habit of self-learning and improve their reading ability.
When the children read aloud, Diya will use Google speech synthesis and recognition technology to check whether they have successfully completed the reading of relevant paragraphs, so as to give rich feedback like teachers or parents.
If you are not familiar with individual words or sentences, you can also click to know the pronunciation at any time.
It is worth mentioning that the read along app can also be used offline after downloading. Not only is it free and ad free, but also requires high security, and all sensitive information will only be kept on local devices.
If more than one child is sharing a device at home, read along also supports multiple accounts to track each child's learning progress and provide personalized recommendations.
