The U.S. remains Tesla's largest market, with revenue of $3.09 billion in the second quarter, but down 11% from $3.48 billion a year earlier.

In the first half of this year, Tesla's revenue in China was $2.3 billion, up 56.6% from $1469 million in the same period last year. Revenue in the U.S. market was $5.858 billion, up from $5.81 billion in the same period last year.

In the second quarter of this year, Tesla net profit was $129 million, compared with a loss of $389 million in the same period last year. Net profit attributable to common shareholders was $104 million, compared with a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $408 million for the same period last year.

In the second quarter, Tesla's overall production of electric vehicles was 82272, down 20% month on month. Among them, the output of model 3 / y is 75946 and that of model s / X is 6326.
