Which company in the world works best? According to Forbes' list of the world's best employers in 2020, Samsung won the first place and became the best employer. Huawei, the highest in China, ranked 14th.
In this list, the top companies in the past were mainly European and American companies. Samsung only ranked 76th in 2018 and 106th in 2019. This wave is really a rocket.
Samsung's soaring ranking is related to the special circumstances of this year. The survey was conducted from June to July, mainly focusing on the response of employers to the epidemic, economic impact, gender equality and social responsibility.
After Samsung, Amazon and IBM ranked second and third, followed by Microsoft, LG, apple, adobe, alphabet, Siemens, Bosch Bosch, Adidas, Dell, Nike, etc.
Huawei ranks 14th, the highest among domestic companies, which means Huawei is the best employer in China.
Among other companies, Alibaba ranked 50, Jingdong, Qihu 360 and Tencent ranked 158, 171 and 247 respectively.
The best employer list, compiled by Forbes in collaboration with statista, a market research firm, surveyed 160000 full-time and part-time employees in 58 countries and regions. The respondents rated their employers on such indicators as image, economic impact, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility.
In the end, 750 large multinational companies were listed, and their headquarters were located in 45 countries and regions.
