Several days ago, AMD provided AMD Zen 3 to the GCC compile
Although the functional development phase of GCC 11 is over, the znver3 patch is allowed to land with new target / hardware support because it does not reduce the risk of existing compiler support. However, as outlined in the previous article, this patch only reverses the new CPU instructions supported by Zen 3 compared to Zen 2. However, the costs table / scheduler model was not upgraded to really optimize the Zen 3 processor. The merge took place this morning, so subsequent daily build and development snapshots have this support.
