Intel's 11 generation core desktop processor (rocket Lake) is on the way. It is expected to be released in January and launched in March as soon as possible.

For this generation of CPU, there have been a lot of revelations, and even the real thing also quietly out.

Now?Huaqing, Yingtai and other manufacturers confirmed by updating the product page that their z490 motherboard can run rocket lake-s processor.

Huaqing's models include z490 aqua, z490 phantom gaming itx / Tb3, z490 creator, h470 steel legend, etc., while Yingtai points out that its b460 can not light up the 11th generation core for the time being.

Although both the 11th generation core and the 10th generation core are lga1200 interfaces, the difference lies in the support for PCI 4.0, which may also be one of the reasons why some old motherboards, especially cost-effective products, can not get perfect support.

According to the current information, the 11th generation of core rocket Lake adopts the 14nm cypress Cove kernel architecture, with up to 8 cores and 16 threads. The i9-11900k core frequency is 5.3GHz, with built-in Xe display unit, ddr4-3200 memory, 2.5G network, etc.
