The international space station (ISS) was officially built in 1998, completed its construction task in 2010, and has been in full use for more than 20 years. It is also the largest space platform in orbit.
According to foreign media reports, NASA has signed a contract with Boeing,Boeing is required to produce six solar panels in 2021 to further meet the power demand of the space station.

Of course, with the continuous upgrading of the space station, it has shifted from government control to more private enterprise participation. If NASA and its international partners still agree to do so, the space station is expected to operate safely beyond 2030.
It is reported that the solar panels produced by Boeing are the same as those used by CST-100 spacecraft, which belong to xtj prime space solar panels.
