In fact, NVIDIA geforce GPU has a similar hot spot temperature measurement function, but this function is hidden by NVIDIA.
Now you can see the hot spot temperature through the latest version of hwinfo 64. The version number of the software is HWI_ 643_ 4380 (beta).
In the Furmark toaster test of RTX 3090, the test results of HWI_ 643_ The hot spot temperature can be seen in 4380, which is about 15 degrees higher than the GPU temperature.
