At the press conference, Huawei announced that Hongmeng OS mobile version will be pushed and upgraded one after another. Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei's consumer business, said at the press conference, "starting from April this year, Huawei's flagship mobile phones can be upgraded to Hongmeng OS in succession, and Huawei's mate x2 folding screen will be upgraded in the first batch."

It is understood that Hongmeng OS is Huawei's distributed operating system for the whole scene, which can be used for mobile phones, watches, large screens and other devices. The system was launched at the Huawei developer conference in 2019, and first landed on Huawei's smart screen products. At the 2020 Huawei developer conference, Huawei announced that Huawei smart phones will be fully upgraded to Hongmeng OS 2.0 in 2021.
