In the fourth quarter, the number of active buyers of Suning e-buy increased by 52% year on year, and the number of monthly active users of Suning e-buy increased by 68% year on year in December. In the fourth quarter, the sales scale of goods on cloud WanDian platform increased by 33.67% year-on-year, of which the sales scale of self operated goods of the company increased by 45.28% year-on-year.
In 2020, Suning e-buy will open 3201 new stores in the whole year, establishing channel advantages in the third and fourth tier markets.
In 2020, Suning put forward the development requirements of focusing on the main retail industry, actively implemented cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and the total cost rate decreased by 2.61% compared with the same period.
