A few days ago, it was reported that AMD will officially launch RX 6600 Series graphics cards on August 11 (US time), including RX 6600 and Rx 6600 XT models. The paper release time is expected to be at Shanghai China joy game exhibition at the end of this month.

However, the latest statement points out that RX 6600 (Standard Version) will not be available until September to October,But it is not clear why the delay may be due to the accumulation of production capacity and inventory?

RX 6600 series will adopt Navi 23 core, 11.06 billion integrated transistors, 237 square mm area, 32 computing units, 2048 stream processors, 32MB unlimited cache, and 128 bit 16ghz gddr6 video memory.

Among them, the prices of Rx 6600 XT and Rx 6600 are expected to be US $399 and US $299 respectively, and the domestic price is expected to be two or three thousand yuan.

If you think it's still too expensive,AMD and Navi 24, the smallest core of the rdna2 era, will appear at the end of this year.

In terms of specifications,Navi 24 core has only one SDMA engine, two shader arrays, 16 computing units, 1024 stream processors and 16MB unlimited cache, which is just half of Navi 23.

Of course, we don't expect much performance. It's basically 1080p resolution and medium image quality, and the price should be 1000 yuan.

Navi 24 may be named RX 6500 series, or RX 6500 and Rx 6400 series.
