Cathie Wood, founder of Ark Investments and known as the 'goddess of stocks,' sold more tesla shares on Oct. 4, the ninth time since Sept. 8 that Wood's fund has reduced its stake in Tesla, selling 143,152 shares worth about $112 million.
Tesla shares closed Tuesday at $780.59, down 0.12%. Including the sale, Wood sold more than 910,000 shares on nine occasions, bringing in about $719 million.
Including recent sales, arkAUTONOMOUS Technology and Robotics ETF (ARKQ), ArKInnovation ETF (ARKK) and Arkiot ETF (ARKW) have sold nearly $594 million worth of Tesla shares since September. As of now, Wood still owns more than 3.45 million Tesla shares, worth nearly $2.7 billion.
