Infringement of Samsung Trademark Dedicated to Shenzhen Post Office Customs seized over 100 mobile screen

IT House October 11th November 11 Recently, Shenzhen Customs announced the "Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administrative Punishment Decision of Fuzhou Qingfu E-Commerce Co., Ltd.".

On May 13, the parties filed a batch of export cross-border e-commerce goods to the customs (shipping number 5100579504044). After investigation, 170 mobile phone screens with "Samsung" trademarks (hereinafter referred to below) were found in the batch of export goods. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. believes that the above goods belong to the "Samsung" trademark special purpose of the Customs (Customs Record Number: T2016-45159), and proposes an application for intellectual property protection measures to the Shenzhen Post Office Customs.

The Shenzhen Post Office is investigated that the trademark used by the above-mentioned goods exported is the same as the "Samsung" trademark registered with the trademark owner, and has not been licensed in advance. According to the relevant regulations, the above goods belong to the commodity of the trademark of others, the case value of RMB 22,100, and the behavior of the parties has constituted the behavior of export violations of the trademark of others.

IT House understands that according to regulations, the Shenzhen Post Office Customs decided to make the following administrative punishment: confiscate the above infringement, and fined RMB 442.
