Tesla: There are 8,000 supercharging piles in The Chinese mainland covering 360 cities

Tesla said that so far, Tesla has built more than 1,000 supercharging stations and 8,000 supercharging piles in mainland China, along with more than 700 destination charging stations and more than 1,750 destination charging piles, covering more than 360 cities in China.

Tesla's charging network has doubled in size in the past year and a half and is expected to triple in size over the next two years, executives say. In view of the congestion of some outlets, Tesla accelerated the local auxiliary plan, arranged mobile charging piles, and tried to introduce a pricing strategy to encourage off-peak charging, so as to reduce waiting time.
