1 m hypersonic aerodynamic wind tunnel & LDQUO; FL-64” The construction will be officially started at the end of 2019, and the wind-tunnel main body construction and main Mach number commissioning will be completed in September 2021.
Fl-64 wind tunnel is a 1m scale hypersonic aerodynamic wind tunnel newly constructed in China. It has a design Mach number range of 4.0-8.0, a maximum simulated total temperature of 900K, and a maximum simulated altitude of 48km. It has two operating modes of blowing and suction, and an effective operating time of no less than 30 seconds.
The FL-64 wind tunnel can meet the test requirements of hypersonic vehicles such as conventional force/pressure measurement, inlet, dynamic simulation, weapon separation and delivery, aerodynamic heat, and flow display.

Fl-64 wind tunnel is a large-scale ground wind tunnel test facility for hypersonic vehicle aerodynamic/thermal and related problems research and technical verification, based on the service of the national space and space strategy, to solve the model aerodynamic problems urgently needed.
