Adobe is poised to acquire ContentCal, a leading social media marketing company, to expand the social media capabilities of its creative tools, Zhitong Finance App has learned. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
Adobe and ContentCal share many customers who use Adobe's creative tools to create content and publish it on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2022.
Adobe was down 0.40 percent at $650.46 in premarket trading.
