The conclusion shows that the average value and distribution range of low temperature range maintenance rate of new energy vehicles have not changed significantly from 2012 to 2021. Among them, 65.38% of new energy vehicles have a range maintenance rate of 52.8%~67.2% in low temperature environment.

In view of the serious problem of low temperature range loss of trolley cars, the person in charge suggested the following aspects to improve:
