On June 6, local time, Krutskyh, director of the Department of International Information Security of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that Ukraine has carried out cyber attacks on Russia's critical infrastructure with the help of the United States, and if it continues to provoke, Russia will take firm and decisive countermeasures.
Krutskyikh said that in this case, Russia has no illusions about the U.S. government's wise and pragmatic negotiations on cybersecurity. He noted that there will be no winners in direct cyberwarfare and that Russia is prepared to work out appropriate international legal agreements with all countries that soberly assess the threat of cyberwarfare.
