According to the so -called "labor neutral agreement", Microsoft will allow employees and union representatives to easily communicate.A simplified process will provide employees to decide whether to join the union. The agreement will take effect 60 days after the acquisition transaction is completed. Microsoft has stated that the transaction is expected to be completed in the middle of next year.
