New emoji on the way? Tencent applies for trademark of new dog head graphics

Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. recently applied to register a number of dog head image graphics trademarks and "wechat creative expression" trademarks, international classification including advertising sales, education and entertainment, communication services, the current trademark status is the registration application.

Tencent is not alone. Weibo and ByteDance have also applied for the trademark.

In 2021, Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. previously applied for the "dog head" trademark officially completed the registration, the international classification of the trademark related to fitness equipment, furniture and so on.
