On the recent Microsoft lgnite 2022,Microsoft has announced that it will launch new Microsoft 365 apps to replace its existing Office apps.

As soon as the announcement was made, many users were concerned about the disappearance of the time-honored Office brand.

Fortunately, Microsoft has now responded and cleared up the misunderstanding.

According to Microsoft,As part of Microsoft 365, users will be able to access programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as normal.

In the meantime, Microsoft will continue to offer one-time buyouts like Office 2021 and Office LTSC, as well as existing Office 365 subscription plans.

In other words,Replacing Office with Microsoft 365 is essentially a brand change that doesn't have a significant impact on users.
