Nov. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Apple Inc. 's next major product, the mixed reality (MR) headset, may not appear until next year. The device, likely to be priced between $2,000 and $3,000, will run a new operating system called realityOS, which will include MR Versions of core Apple apps such as Messages, FaceTime and Maps. The first version of the operating system, codenamed Oak, is putting the finishing touches on the interior and should be ready for new hardware next year.
