According to NetEase, they plan to open refund applications for players who have recharged but not consumed virtual currency or unexpired game services (hereinafter referred to as “refundable goods”) in the game.
The refund-related work is still in orderly preparation.Refund application channel is expected to open on February 1, when players need to go to the “ Blizzard game service center ” public number to submit a refund application.
NetEase will announce the specific details of the process when the refund application channel goes live.
Special reminder, the final refund amount will be based on the actual number of refundable items remaining in the player's account after the suspension and will not exceed the historical cumulative amount paid for the refundable items in the account.
Special Notes.
If a gift package contains the above refundable items, players may apply for a refund for the refundable items in the gift package.
Virtual currency or game services obtained through free methods such as gifts, rewards, etc. are not covered by the refund.
Refundable “Time badges” are limited to time badges purchased directly through cash or battle points, time badges purchased in-game using gold coins are not included in the refund.
Accounts (or sub-accounts) with security risks will not be able to submit refund requests or pass refund audits.
