There are two CCD chips inside the Ruilong 9 7950X3D, and the 64MB 3D V-Cache cache is stacked on one of them, which also affects the running frequency.

All ultra-frequent methods go to battle collectively and continue to turn off AVX-512, and the best result is full-core 4592MHz, when the temperature is slightly increased to 83.3C and the power consumption is 152.1W.

After all this trouble, the performance improvement is very limited, with the single-core benchmark running score up to 10%, butThe actual game performance is almost the same, only one or two more frames.
