Last year, it released the Kirin battery, which has better performance than the 4680 round battery, and can easily achieve 1,000 km range of electric vehicles to solve the anxiety of driving.
On March 21, Ningde Times revealed to the media that its flagship technology Kirin battery has been mass-produced.
On June 23 last year, Nyundeok Time released Kirin, the third-generation CTP (celltopack) battery. Compared with the previous two generations of CTP technology, Kirin battery completely eliminates module form design, and further improves battery safety, life, fast charge performance and specific energy density through optimization of cooling structure.
According to Ningde Times, the volume utilization rate of Kirin battery has exceeded 72%, and the energy density of three-way cell can reach 255Wh/kg.The energy density of the lithium iron phosphate battery system can reach 160Wh/kg, and the battery pack integration is the highest in the world.
In the same chemical system,The Kirin battery packs can deliver 13% more power than Tesla's 4680 large cylindrical battery systems at the same size.
At the same time, the Kirin battery supports fast hot start in 5 minutes, fast charge in 10 minutes, and in extreme circumstances, the cell can be extremely fast cooling, effectively blocking abnormal heat conduction between the cells.
The Krypton 009 will be the first model of Kirin battery in global mass production, which will be delayed by 1-2 months after the production of Kirin battery.
In addition, 2023 Krypton 001WE version 100kWh model, optional 140kWh Ningde Times Kirin battery pack, CLTC comprehensive driving range of up to 1032km.
