According to Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a two-seater water electric plane named RX1E-S skidded and took off from Xiangyang Wharf in Liujiaxia Scenic spot, Yongjing County, Gansu Province on March 20.It marks the official delivery of the world's first two-seat water electric aircraft developed by Shenyang Airlines Liaoning General Aviation Research Institute.

According to reports, the RX1E-S two-seat water electric aircraft is the world's first buoy two-seat water electric aircraft, with lithium battery as the propulsion energy aircraft, its carbon emissions are zero, do not burn oil; electric propulsion system runs smoothly, low noise, aircraft operation only needs a suitable water area, infrastructure requirements and use and maintenance costs are low.

At the same time, the aircraft has the characteristics of efficient aerodynamic design, large aspect ratio, good gliding performance, high lift-drag ratio, high system integration, simple operation, easy to learn, and broad application prospects. it can be used in junior pilot training, private transportation, tourism, aerial photography, aerial surveying and mapping and other fields.
