A few days ago, Statcounter, a data research institution, released data on the use of browsers around the world in April 2023.
First of all, let's take a look at the share of the whole platform, in the global war in April.Google Chrome sits firmly at the top of the list, taking the lead with a global market share of 63.51%, but down 1.25% from 64.76% last monthThis was followed by Apple Safari, which ranked second with 20.43 per cent, up 0.91 per cent from the previous month, while Microsoft Edge ranked third with 4.96 per cent.
While Firfox and Samsung browsers were 2.77% and 2.59% respectively, ranking fourth and fifth, respectively.
On the PC side, the top three are still Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge, with a share of 66.13%, 11.87% and 11%, respectivelyAmong them, Chrome rose 0.36%, the edge rose 0.95%, and the edge fell 0.13% from the previous month.
In terms of mobile browserGoogle Chrome continued to take the lead, ranking first with 61.96%, while Apple Safari ranked second because of iOS's unique ecological advantage of 26.85%.Samsung browser ranks third, accounting for 4.8%, due to the huge shipments of mobile phones.
