May 22, IT House, Feiteng Corporation recently announced thatIts self-developed Tengyun S2500 multi-channel server chip has been collected by the National Museum of China

Tengyun S2500 multi-channel server chip was released in July 2020. It is the first domestic server chip that supports 8-channel direct connection. It is known as one of the most powerful multi-channel server systems in China. It also has four direct connectors, providing up to 512 cores of parallel computing power and greatly improved overall system performance.

According to the test data of Feiten Research Institute, in terms of the performance of the whole machine, the SPECint score of the dual channel is 1000+, which increases to 2 times of the original, and the SPECint value of the four channel is 1800+, which is 3.5 times of the original. In the aspect of distributed database performance, the tpmC value of two-channel server reaches 98000, which increases to 2 times of the original linear, and the tpmC value of four-channel server reaches 176000, which increases to 4 times of the original. In terms of cloud desktop support, the number of VMS supported by a two-channel server increased 2.5 times to 70, and the number of VMS supported by a four-channel server increased 5 times to 140.
