All kinds of overtime papers, even 9960.007, have long been accustomed to people in the workplace, and the pressure of survival is too great.
But not everywhere.
Traveler ldquo; always loses his golden hoop stick-rdquo; recently released his latest documentary "going to Sea", which tells the story of Chinese bosses coming out of big domestic factories to start a business in Vietnam to search for gold.
The protagonist of the documentary is Uncle Li, who works in a live streaming company in Vietnam, but unlike himself & ldquo; factory & rdquo;, his Vietnamese employees have their own way of working & ldquo; Tai Chi & rdquo;, and ldquo; people are very happy every day & rdquo;.
Uncle Li said that he arrived at the company at 9 o'clock, with few people, and the employees arrived at more than 10:00 slowly.
I haven't done much yet.12:00 arrived, & ldquo; Wow & rdquo; went to dinner together.
After the meal is a lunch break, just like a fool, do not dare to disturb others loudly.
I got up one after another at 2 o'clock, bleary-eyed one by one, and continued to work slowly, while at 04:30, the sofa and the floor were full of people chatting.
At 05:30, the group got off work on time, rushed into the basement and rode away, leaving Uncle Li alone in the company.
With a lot of money, these Vietnamese employees work no more than five hours a day.
Uncle Li admits that he seems to be the only one in the company who is melancholy and anxious. In the past, the code of conduct of big factories has hit cotton with every punch.
