According to Revengus,The 8300 will feature a 1+3+4 chip architecture with one Cortex-X3 core, three Cortex-A715 cores and four Cortex-A510 coresThe main frequency of the large core is 2.8GHz, the main frequency of the large core is 2.4GHz, and the main frequency of the small core is 1.6GHz.

And equipped with Arm Mali-G520 MC6 GPU, the frequency is 850Mhz, the performance is much improved than Mediatek Tianguet 8200, and the power control is good.

Tianguet 8300 positioning high-end,It is expected that the iQOO and Redmi series of new machines will be the first to carry the chip, and the Tianguet 8300 will be released in the second half of this year at the earliest.

In addition, Mediatek also has a flagship processor Tianguet 9300 in preparation, which is said to use TSMC N4P process, overall performance increase by 15%, power consumption reduction by 40%, is expected to be released before the Snapdragon 8 Gen3.
